As of yesterday, new pictures were taken of the planet Mercury that showcase several craters on its surface. So what does this have to do with The Beatles? Along with nine others, John Lennon has been honored with this particular crater bearing his name. The Lennon Crater sits alongside the Erich Maria Remarque Crater, the Truman Capote Crater, the Alexander Calder Crater and others.
